…one of the quotes from Jenna & Matthew’s Cornwall wedding; this gorgeous pair just happen to be English teachers with an utter love for literature. Their wedding took place on the 22nd December 2015. Set in the stunning Trevenna Barns on the edge of Bodmin Moor, they couldn’t have chosen a more perfect setting for their Christmas, winter wedding. Even the rain didn’t dampen spirits and Jenna mentioned how it was ‘so lovely and cosy inside, with the log fire burning, that it all seemed very apt and Wuthering Heights!’ A literary theme ran through the wedding, quotes from favourite books and films made for creative table names, and scattered amongst the wine glasses and wedding favours was Jenna’s dad’s creative contribution to the day, heart shaped table confetti made from book pages! Table centre pieces were made by Ceri, Matt’s mum and wedding cakes were made by Jenna’s mum, Della, and then decorated by her friend, Rachel. They were stunning. Jenna had a very special wedding dress made for her by the wonder that is The Bridal Box, who cleverly added a panel which helped support Jenna’s 8 month pregnancy bump! She was the quintessential glowing bride – beautiful, elegant and happy!

Photographing their wedding was such a joy, there was so much emotion, so many happy tears, so much laughter, affection and feeling; so many beautiful and touching moments. This lovely, easy going pair had their best day ever and it was a perfect way to end the wedding season.
