Flower wall selfie backdrop
Flower walls are on trend and it’s not surprising. They provide the perfect backdrop for your guests’ wedding selfies. These are readily available to hire. If you’d like to create your own selfie backdrop then how about hanging long lengths of ribbon and lace? You could even splash out on a personalised neon sign!

Signature cocktails
Bang on trend are wedding cocktails. You could create a unique tipple for your guests or stick to the classics. With their rainbow colours and cute decorations, cocktails will have your guests snapping away to show everyone they’re having a good time celebrating with you. For an extra little detail, why not add some monogrammed edible drink toppers?

Faux blossom trees
If you really want to create and instagrammable wedding then faux blossom trees add the wow factor to your reception. These statement pieces can be placed around the room or even on the tables. Add some hanging candles for that finishing touch.

Table settings
Creating an instagrammable wedding is all about the details. As everyone takes their seat for the meal their eye will be drawn to the table decor and if you want them to get snapping then make it look as pretty as you can. Whether you’re having a rustic theme or full on glamour, the small things all add up to create the wedding you’ve dreamed of.

Wedding signage
A great way for guests to post that they’re at a wedding without giving too much away (you might not want any photos of yourselves posted until you do your own post) is to take photos of the signs. From welcome signs to table plans, make your signage worthy of the gram! There are lots of professional services that can create bespoke artwork for your day. As well as being a pretty addition to your decor, they give the guests information too.

Statement florals
Nothing finishes off your wedding styling quite like flowers. For the guest who loves snapping all the little details of your day, flowers are a dream for making their Instagram grid pretty. Whites and greens create a crisp, clean feel whilst soft pastels are a classic choice. Think about displaying them creatively; I love these acrylic candelabras for a modern take on a classic design.

Matching bridesmaid pyjamas
The Instagram wedding selfies start with you and your bridal party getting ready. I often see a birdesmaid who’s been tasked with capturing video snippets throughout the morning. Make you and your girls picture perfect with co-ordinating robes or pyjamas. The good thing is they don’t have to be expensive; high street stores like Primark do bridal ranges on a budget.

Goodie bags
Guests will love the thoughtful touches throughout your day. Goodie bags are suitable for all budgets – whether you want to gift a luxury candle or some homemade fudge. One of my brides, Millie, is an event organiser so she’d thought of everything! How cute are these hangover kits?

Guest place names
Guests like to photograph anything with their name on so make your name tags beautiful for the gram! You can choose bespoke, illustrated name cards that match your theme. Or perhaps you’d like something guests can take home as a keepsake like these pretty Perspex discs.

Personalised hashtag
Last but not least, once your guests have captured all their favourite moments and details of the day you’ll need somewhere to collect all the photos together. Display a personalised hashtag or QR code for people to use when posting so that guests can see each other’s photos.
