COVID

If your wedding is postponed due to Coronavirus, I will be happy to accommodate your new date (if I’m not already booked) with no extra cost. If I cannot do your new date, you will not be charged for your photography.

Special Requests & Coverage

The Client understands and accepts that the photographic coverage will be as the Photographer’s professional expertise determines. Special requests are not binding instruction, although every effort will of course be made to comply with the Client’s wishes.

Photographic Images

Images will be supplied in a beautiful online gallery and are all available as high-res downloads included in the original price. The gallery can be shared with family and friends. All images will be digitally edited in a light and airy, natural style, a service that is included in the cost of the photography package. Images are not ‘Photoshopped’ – they provide an authentic record of your day as it happens. Memories & Milestones Photography shall be granted artistic licence in relation to images captured and locations used, although every effort will be made to comply with the Client’s wishes. Due to the vagaries of the weather and willingness of subjects for example, it may not be possible to capture all of the images requested. The Client is granted a license to make copies of the images for friends and family, make unlimited prints, and to upload images to websites, such as Facebook, Twitter or personal websites/blogs. Full copyright of the images remains with Memories & Milestones Photography; the Client may not sell any imagery on to third parties. Memories & Milestones Photography retains the right to display any images in any promotional material, including websites, blog and social media. If you would prefer not to give your consent for your photographs to be shared then that is, of course, your right. I advise that you make back up copies to protect your images, although I also keep back ups of all my weddings, technology is never 100% reliable.

Cancellation, Force Majeure and Act of God

Should the Client choose to cancel their booking at any time prior to the wedding date, their deposit monies will not be returned, and the following will be due, depending on time of cancellation (as compensation for loss of earning the Photographers would potentially suffer): Cancellation 12 months or more until the wedding, no monies are due; Between 9 months – 12 months, 25% of the remaining balance is due; Between 6 months – 9 months, 50% of the remaining balance is due; Less than 6 months, 100% of the balance due. Cancellation by Memories & Milestones at any time would of course result in the full return of any monies paid. In the unfortunate and highly unlikely event that the Photographers would have to cancel attendance, due to illness for example, all efforts will be made to arrange for another professional wedding photographer to cover the Client’s wedding. However, if this cannot be achieved, Memories & Milestones Photography shall not be held financially liable for any negligence or loss of service after the monies have been refunded in full. The due performance of these terms and conditions is subject to alteration or cancellation by either party owing to any cause beyond their control, as recognised by UK law as Force Majeure or Act of God.

Payment Terms

The non-refundable deposit amount of £100 is required to secure the date of your booking. The remaining balance will be due one calendar month before the date of the wedding.
