As a wedding photographer based in Torquay, I’m so lucky that my local register office is in such a pretty setting! I’ve been capturing weddings here for over 10 years so I’ve put together a selection of photos to show you how your Cockington Court wedding might look. Cockington Court Wedding Photographer
Cockington Court is a Grade II listed manor house and The Cary Room is used by Torbay Council as the ceremony room. It’s upstairs inside the main house and is accessed at the rear through the rose garden. There is seating for up to 52 guests but most of the weddings I shoot here have fewer numbers attending their intimate ceremonies. As well as smaller ceremonies, I also cover elopement weddings at Cockington and have even had the honour of being a witness! My couples travel from all over the country to get married here and you can see why!

My years of experience photographing weddings at Cockington Court mean that I know the best spots for your couple photos. Nestled in Cockington Country Park, Cockington Court offers a range of backdrops. The rose garden is in a pretty walled garden and is the perfect spot for capturing some photos of the two of you as you take a moment to let it all sink in. Take a walk along the gravel path whilst I snap away! I’m always on the lookout for some seasonal colour so before your ceremony, I’ll have a look around to see what’s in bloom. The spring blossom trees are always a favourite.
