1. Rockbeare Manor
Rockbeare Manor is a country manor house which provides an elegant setting for your Exeter wedding. The Dining Room hosts the ceremony and The Ballroom is transformed for your wedding breakfast. I’ve been shooting weddings here since they launched as a wedding venue and I always love walking in to see how it has been decorated for each wedding. The day runs like clockwork with an expert wedding team on hand (and they always feed the photographer – bonus!).

2. Colehayes Park
Colehayes Park is a family run wedding venue available to hire for a whole weekend or even longer. It’s a DIY wedding venue in Devon, only 18 miles from Exeter. You can create your own unique wedding just the way you want it and is ideal if you want to run the day yourself in a more relaxed manner. The gardens are huge and there’s a pretty outdoor ceremony space.

3. Woodbury Park
If you’re looking for a venue that can host a large wedding in Exeter then Woodbury Park could be for you. They can host wedding receptions for up to 220 guests! Their wedding co-ordinators can organise your whole day, including the décor if you wish. One of my favourite parts of the day is when they take the newlyweds on a buggy ride around the golf course. It’s a chance for a few minutes away from the guests and of course, I come along for the ride to capture those relaxed couple photographs.
