Photographing weddings in Devon means I get to travel to some gorgeous wedding venues all around the South West. Close to Plymouth you have a choice of countryside, coastal and moorland wedding venues. Here’s my pick of top wedding venues near Plymouth.

1. Duke of Cornwall Hotel
The Duke of Cornwall Hotel is a grand Victorian building in Plymouth city centre. They offer a range of packages as a guide and can also create something more bespoke. 2. Shilstone House

Pamflete House on the Flete Estate is a Georgian farmhouse that has been completely refurbished. They only do a handful of weddings here each year, preferring to keep that exclusive feel and give couples a personal service. Situated on an estuary, it’s only a ten minute walk to the beach, perfect for some romantic couple photos.
