How to plan a festival wedding
I absolutely loved photographing this summer festival themed tipi wedding in Somerset. Ben proposed to Hannah during Glastonbury so creating a festival vibe on their big day was the obvious choice. They certainly succeeded! Check out these ideas for your perfect festival wedding!

Boho festival wedding
It’s not every day that the newlyweds arrive on a quad bike to their reception! A fabulous tipi was set up in a field near the church and lots of detailing including bunting, flags and haybales gave it a relaxed, festival theme. Vintage sofas added a touch of boho chic too. This laid-back vibe also created the perfect mood for capturing lots of relaxed wedding photos of the guests and the newlyweds. Everyone mingled over welcome drinks and canapes before enjoying a roast dinner provided by a local pub.
Eco friendly wedding
Hannah and Ben wanted to try to minimise the environmental impact of their wedding so it was important to them to use local suppliers. Flowers in recycled jars adorned the long, wooden tables. After the meal, the heartfelt speeches resulted in lots of laughter and a few tears. Everyone continued to enjoy the party vibe into the evening (guests even had festival wrist bands to wear).Â
